Franchise Foodcart Guideline

Procedure to Claim and Operate Foodcart

A. Ocular Inspection:
     Requirements:
      a.1. Information Sheet with 2 Government ID's
      a.2. Location Study Form
      a.3. Picture (Front, Right, and Left view, Co-Tenants)
      a.4. Sketch or Vicinity Map
      a.5. Ocular Inspection fee
               > Metro Manila         - P1,700 (Upon approval of location)
               >  Outside Metro Manila  - subject for quotation
               > Payment should be made before ocular inspection schedule
               > Visayas                          - P12, 000
               > Mindanao                       - P15,000

B. Franchise Payment (Once location has been approved):
         b.1. Settlement of Cash Bond                         - P40,000   (Refundable)
         b.2. Swapping fee for Change Food Concept - P15,000
         b.3. Marketing Fee (12PDC x Php 800.00. Total of P9,600)      
         b.4. List of Improvement (from Leasing department)

C. Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (Contract)

D. Training and Orientation:
         d.1. In-House Training will be completed one week Before the release of Food Cart.
              Located at Batangas St. San Isidro Makati City (JC Worldwide Office)

NOTE: Training Officer of JC Worldwide will notify the franchisee for the schedule. Franchisee and          
              Service crew should be present during the training schedule.

E. Secure of Business Permits:
          e.1. DTI
          e.2. Barangay Clearance
          e.3. Mayor's Permit
          e.4. BIR

F. Fabrication of Foodcart
         f.1.30-45 days Fabrication of Food Cart

NOTE: Fabrication will start from the time that proposed location has been approved or settlement of            
             Cash Bond, whichever comes last.

G. Delivery of Franchise Food Cart:
           g.1. Trucking Assistance for Delivery of fully constructed food  cart
           g.2. Metro Manila                                 - P2,500.00 (free installation)
           g.3. Outside Metro Manila                    -subject for Quotation
           g.4. Visayas & Mindanao                      - Franchisee will coordinate to his own forwarder.

*Estimated Visayas & Mindanao                     -P15,000 to P20,000
(via  Sea Shipment - 15 to 30 days)
*Estimated Visayas & Mindanao                     -P30,000
(via  Air Shipment - 3 days)

**Preferred cargo Forwarder by JC Worldwide: AP Cargo,2GO and Red Gold.

H. Delivery of Products: Minimum Order

           h.1. Metro Manila                -Php 4,500.00 ( Free Delivery)

           h.2. Outside Metro Manila   -subject for quotation

           h.3. Visayas & Mindanao     -*Php 4,500

NOTE: For Visayas & Mindanao, Free pick-up by forwarder from JC Worldwide to Airport or Seaport, however freight cost from Airport to destination be assumed by the franchisee.  Franchisee with additional freight cost is entitled for 20% adjustment for SRP, but remained for approval from FRANCHISOR.

I. Opening Day:

           i.1. Assistance from Monitoring Officer or Training Officer.
